  1. Submit the referral form with urgency, region, and support needs.
  2. Intake acknowledges your referral (aim: 1 business day where capacity allows).
  3. We confirm availability for location and plan.
  4. Next steps arranged with coordinator and family.
  5. Ongoing communication through implementation.
