Medium Term Accommodation at Maxicare Plus
At Maxicare Plus, we provide MTA to help bridge the gap while your long-term housing arrangements are finalized.
MTA is funded under the Core Supports category of your NDIS plan. To access this funding, the NDIS requires proof that you have a confirmed long-term housing solution ready for when your MTA funding ends.
MTA funding covers the cost of your accommodation, but you’ll still need to pay for personal expenses such as food, phone, internet, and utilities.
